Matthew Steinmeyer leads Real Estate Closeout Consultants with the vision that all projects may need some expert help at some point of the development process.  

Matthew is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of real estate development and project management experience. He specializes in Residential and Institutional projects where there are multiple stakeholders and extraordinary requirements must be met.  

Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for construction planning, as well as for budget management and client relations, he has a verifiable history of contributing directly to project success throughout his career. As such, his projects have  consistently exceeded proforma goals, and he is adept at achieving maximum operational impacts with minimal obstacles. Overcoming obstacles is one of his specialties, as he performs methodical root cause analysis to identify long term effective solutions for issues that come up on a project.  

Professional focal points include real estate construction, risk mitigation, deadline adherence, contract negotiations, change management, due diligence, and cost containment. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and prioritization skills, as well as critical thinking, problem solving, task coordination, and resource management to support efficiency and optimal results. 

His headlining focus over the past 13 years has been development including high-end multi-family residential new construction and gut renovations, religious institution real estate portfolio project management, effective punchlist process management, and development advisory services.  He also develops and executes optimized strategies, resolves difficult problems, and ensures deadlines and budgets are consistently met. In addition, his effective liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams ensures the client's project support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
