Generally, we work closely with everyone already engaged on the project, but we are ready to assist with assembling the right team to make your project successful, and onboard them to maximize success.  We have been assigned the roles of fee developer, construction expert, project manager, and owner's representative for projects ranging from large scale residential to commercial, or institutional / family portfolio management.
